I have worked in L&D for over 8 years now, working internally and externally and I have genuinely loved the whole experience. It's incredibly rewarding making a difference to colleagues and being able to provide them with the support they need. I can't share a great deal due to the NDA's involved but this should hopefully give you an idea.
